Our first contact will most likely be made by phone where we will gather as much information on the scope of the project as possible and schedule a site visit.
Our estimator and / or designer will visit the site where we will listen to your ideas, needs, and goals. During this meeting we learn how you will use the space, how you envision the space to feel, and discuss your fears and concerns. Our goal before we leave is to mutually develop a plan that delivers exactly what you want while eliminating any project worries.
This step will be a meeting at our office to review the proposal along with cost budgets and designs.
Design Development (if needed)
The design phase is a working relationship between the designer and homeowner. This is where the collection of ideas, cut sheets, magazine photos, etc. will be evaluated and incorporated into plans, elevations, and dimensional drawings.
Contract Document Phase
Once design and drawings are finished, an actual estimate and contract are agreed upon by both parties.
This is the final phase which begins turning your ideas into realities. The process begins with an orientation meeting with you and our field staff to discuss the specific parameters of your project, including the scope of work, specific family scheduling issues, long lead time items, and goals for your project.
